ABSTRACT
The autor in this paper presents the phenomena of the present terrorism, determine it’s forms and pictures it’s scale. He also refers to issues such as principal causes generating terrorism and lawful aspect of combating terrorism in Azerbaijan, including normative regulation of the anti-terrorist activity and the criminal – lawful content of the terrorism and criminal responsibility for the terrorism.
